DJOC is very humbled to have an association with a multitude of professional and talented entertainers. Going into 2012 we plan on ensuring that these individuals are a part of the best, brightest and most spectacular weddings and private after parties in Washington DC. Securing one of these incredible DJ’s for such an event for five to six hours of performance is as easy as 1,2,3. Securing them at a price that shall remain constant and firm throughout the year is simple. This package is $1,995.00. How does the Associate Package differ from our Classic Package? To begin, the talent of the entertainer is in very high demand in Washington DC. The talent also has a minimum of ten years of experience. Many of our clients find this to be a very important aspect as this provides a strong sense of security for the client knowing that their DJ has extensive knowledge in performing in various settings, venues and events. DJOC also provides an operation liaison for your event as well as a set up assistant to the DJ so that the DJ can concentrate on the thing that they do best, entertaining you!
The operation liaison is an exclusive feature with DJOC that many event planners and clients find to be an incredible feature. The operation liaison is a go between for the DJ and the client and helps maintain the evening’s schedule and energy. If anything should occur during the evening it is handled effectively without being known. The operation liaison also performs a walk through at the venue while also reviewing the evening’s itinerary and event set up prior to the big night.
You also receive two complete music consultations prior to the evening. This is performed with Aaron Couch, VP of Talent & Media Development for DJOC. Like large agencies such as CAA and William Morris, Aaron Couch works for the talent and he also works for the client. His philosophy is “that we are only as good as our next event” and his obsessive nature and desire for perfection is a great benefit for the client. Yes, at DJOC we go above and beyond. Aaron Couch works on your music profile with you directly and with our extensive knowledge of all types of genres, can help you in any manner, i.e., picking out that unique first dance selection or putting together your music theme for a late night after party. We also set up an online account for music planning and Aaron Couch is available for questions Monday through Friday from Noon to 8PM.
DJOC is totally insured for liability on all events and we take the additional steps of running diagnosis on all of our equipment prior to the evening.
