Professional musicians and DJ’s are good at what they do and that is performing and spinning records with style and execution, respectively. All great entertainers who have succeeded, meaning they are able to live comfortably doing what they love, knew that the only way to truly make it was to hire an agent or manager to handle their contract negotiations and bookings.
In 2012, DJOC will be focusing on providing DJ’s and musicians who want to succeed, without the stress of finding gigs and negotiating their rates for those gigs, the service of manager and agen. Now, many of you are probably thinking, "most of the bar and club owners I know don't want to deal with agencies". Of course they don't! Normally it is not in their best interest, however, working with DJOC has positive advantages to not only the talent for hire, but for the contracting party.
